Ski Cooper
Maybe you’ve heard of Colorado’s “Fourteener Region” where some of the best world-class Alpine skiing can be done. Ski Cooper is a part of the area, outside of the famous Leadville, Colorado and home of the 10th Mountain Division who were trained at Cooper for their wartime efforts in Italy during WWII. Here at Ski Cooper, we bring the training tradition down to our modern day and have classes for every level of skier, young or old. We love to include new people in the small and friendly classes and help them improve their skills on the slopes. Long runs and short lift lines are standard at Cooper and “Skiers and Riders can enjoy our wide open cruisers and mogul lovers can blast our short bumps or tree runs on the backside. Those hard core Powder Hounds can rip through our glades and back country terrain and do it all on those big blue bird Colorado days! “
