Cross country skiers will enjoy the incredible 360,000 acres on top of the Grand Mesa. There are also 12 miles of groomed trails. With 510 acres of downhill skiing terrain and a vertical drop of 1,650 feet, this resort offers slopes for beginners and experts. Terrain park action is also available to beginners and experts in progressive areas. Even better news – the prices haven’t increase from last season! Skiers and non-skiers can enjoy winter fun and scenic beauty at Powderhorn. The locals are friendly and the views are amazing!

With more than 600 acres to explore, novice and experts can cruise the corduroy, dash into the aspens for glade skiing, plow through waist deep powder, hit the bumps or jib through the terrain parks. Powderhorn has short lift lines, amazing views, hospitable service, an informal atmosphere and a welcome feeling of being home.With over 1,600 acres and 44 runs to ski, you will never be deficient in skiing territory. Snowboarders are welcome at Powderhorn. There’s a terrain park located right under the “Take Four” lift and is visible from the day lodge.
