The Dutch George Flats campground is located on the Poudre River in the Roosevelt National Forest. The campground sites are in a large meadow, some sites are shaded. All of the sites will accept RV’s. The campground and the trail along the Poudre river are handicapped accessible. The camping season for Dutch George Flats campground is mid-May through September, weather permitting.
Activities in the area include walks on the trail next to the Cache la Poudre River, hiking in the nearby Cache La Poudre Wilderness area, fishing, scenic driving, river rafting, OHV, 4-wheel driving and wildlife watching.

| Location: Drive 10 miles north of Fort Collins on Hwy 287. Turn left onto Hwy 14. Drive approximately 21 miles west on Hwy 14 (Poudre Canyon Highway). |
| Be prepared when visiting this campground, it’s approximately a one hour drive to the closest grocery stores and gas stations. If needed, these services can be found in Laporte, Poudre Park or Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. |
