Hearthstone Restaurant 18th Annual Wine Dinner
To benefit The Summit County Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC), there will be a silent auction and great food & wine held on September 15, 2011. The restaurant was opened in 1989 in the historic 125- year-old Kaiser House in Breckenridge. Recognized by the local readers of the Summit Daily News as the “Best Restaurant in Summit County”. This amazing evening will feature wines from ZD Winery paired with a five-course dinner created by Executive Chef Michael Halpin, featuring Farm to Table Colorado Cuisine. The evening will begin at 6 pm on Thursday, September 15th, 2011 with wine, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction followed by dinner. This is the premier fundraiser for FIRC as we are working to raise $17,000 to support program costs.
