Sylvan Lake State Park Looking for a Few Good Volunteers

Volunteer to help take care of Sylvan Lake State Park and earn an Annual Colorado State Park Pass!EAGLE Colorado – Spring is slowly coming to the Vail Valley, and that means summer is right around the corner. Summer is high season at Sylvan Lake State Park and the park is looking for volunteers to help out at the busy park. By working just 48 hours at Sylvan, you can earn a free Annual Colorado State Park Pass, good at any of Colorado’s 42 State Parks.

What are your hidden talents? Would you enjoy working in the visitor center answering questions and helping folks?  How about greeting visitors at the entrance gate? Opportunities also include leading nature hikes and teaching youngsters to fish. Or, would you be willing to clean a cabin, pick up trash or keep a garden? If so, we have a place for you at Sylvan Lake State Park.
