King Tut Access Day at the DAM
People with disabilities have the option to visit King Tut on Access Day, Tuesday, August 24, beginning at 10:00 am. This Denver Art Museum event provides those with disabilities the opportunity to view the King Tut exhibit while it’s less crowded. The lighting will be adjusted to improve visibility and touch kits will be presented continuously near the exhibition’s exit. The King Tut exhibition will give visitors the chance to see more than 100 of the amazing treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb.

See the golden sandals that were found on his mummy as well as the largest image of Tutankhamun ever unearthed, a 10 foot statue found in the funerary temple! Enjoy exploring artifacts that help us better understand the boy Kings life and death.
King Tut exhibition tickets for Access Day are required. Tickets are available for $20 each and advance tickets are recommended.
