FIBArk – 62nd Anniversary Whitewater Festival
Have you been to FIBArk? If you don’t know, since 1949 this is America’s largest and oldest river whitewater festival in North America. The term “FIBArk” stands for “First in Boating on the Arkansas River” and it takes place in Salida, Colorado. On the 62nd anniversary of the festival, Salida invites you to be a part of the fun. June 17th – 20th, during the spring snow runoff, the Riverside Park in historic downtown Salida is the center of the activity. There will be food, arts and craft booths, beer, a carnival and exceptional music for everyone to enjoy.
